Product introduction

1.  BD400 is a second-generation resistivity testing instrument that is independently designed and produced by Xi'an HongHu Testing Instrument Co., Ltd., which has the entire intellectrual property of the instrument. It replaces the 20-year old model of DB-4.

2.  The system is composed by high-precision constant current power supply, high-precision voltmeter, and embbeded smart management system.

3.  The system uses 3 Nixie tubes to display testing process and parameters. The operation procedure is simple and concise, with testing information clearly showing up in the display.

4.  We provide custom-made service according to customers' specific needs. We accept OEM order from customers as well.

5.  We provide custom-made service to produce testing fixture according to customers' specific needs.

1. The system has 3 display windows:  Testing voltage, material thickness, and resistivity testing result.
   

2. A customer can input material's thickness, and the system can automatically provide the testing result of resisitivity.

3. The system can automatically memorize the parameters used by a customer before, such as current output, voltage range, even material thickness, until they are changed by the customer.

Main technical standards:

1. Testing range: 10^-4—10⁵Ω with resolution of 10^-6.

2. Digital voltmeter range and current output option:

    i. Voltmeter range: 2 mV, 20 mV, 200 mV, 2V

    ii. Current output option: 10uA,100uA,1mA,10mA,100mA.

3. Testing (voltage display) precision and stability:

    i. Service voltage range 20mV -- 2V and service current output option of 10uA -- 100mA:  ±(0.1% digit +6 characters)

    ii. Service voltage range 2mV and service current output option of 1uA： ±(0.25% digit +8 characters)

    iii. Display: 4½ digits displaying 0 -- 1.9999 and the corresponding unit. Tested voltage value has the resolution of 0.1uV. 

4. Testing electrode:

    i. Current electrode: the length of current electrode is 50mm, contact testing model with an area that has the width of 5mm, the distance between two current electrodes is 100±1mm.

    ii. Potential electrode: the length of potential electrode is 50mm, contact testing model with an area that has the radius R<0.5mm, the distance between two potential electrodes is 20mm±2%.

    iii. Pressue of potential electrode: the pressure along the edge of testing model is > 65N/m.

5.  Power supply: 220±10%   50HZ or 60HZ with power consumption < 50W
