The testing instrument is successfully designed and manufactured in accordance with the provisions of National Standard (GB). It is the newest instrument to test resistivity of cable, semi-conductive rubber and plastic, powder material, liquid, and carbon material, etc. Its performance completely satisfies the national standard requirements. It is the latest intelligent, high-tech instrument that combines newest electronic technology, microprocessor, automatic testing technology and new fixture device. It has resolved complicated operation, time-consuming, manual computation, and low efficiency problems due to single-arm and double-arm electronic bridge in traditional testing. It utilizes advanced high-precision current-voltage drop-four terminal measurement method, which eliminates the testing error introduced by the connecting wire resistance and contact resistance. It can measure volume resistivity, weight resistivity, and resistance per unit length with high precision.
This testing instrument is a comprehensive testing system, and is designed with a test platform structure, It is mainly composed of multi-purpose sample fixture, high precision digital voltmeter, wide range and high stability DC constant current power supply, microprocessor system. The multi-purpose sample fixture is accurately produced from special conductive alloy, with the features of great contact, great conductivity, high-precision positioning, etc. The high-precision digital voltmeter has high sensitivity, with the testing range from 0.1μV to 2V and accuracy reaches 0.05%. The instrument uses LCD display with 192*64，240*128 pixel. Some models have kept the old digital Nixie tube for display.
This instrument has the advantages of high testing precision, convenient operation, screen display, human-machine interaction, automatic data processing, etc. It is suitable for cable companies, alloy factories, universities, scientific research institutions to conduct research and testing of various conductive and semi-conductive materials.
