Product introduction

1.  DX200GH is an resistivity testing instrument that is independently designed and produced by Xi'an HongHu Testing Instrument Co., Ltd., which has the entire intellectrual property of the instrument.

2.  The system is composed by high-precision constant current power supply, high-precision voltmeter, and embbeded smart management system.

3.  The system uses 240*128 resolution LCD screen to display testing process and parameters. The operation procedure is simple and concise, with testing information clearly showing up in the LED display.

4.  We provide custom-made service according to customers' specific needs. We accept OEM order from customers as well.

5.  We provide custom-made service to produce testing fixture according to customers' specific needs.

1. 240*128 resolution LED screen for display.
   

2. Has three testing modes to choose:

   Weight mode: Input cable's weight, length, and material's density, and the system will automatically calculate this model's cross-section area, which significantly simplifies a cable manufacturer to test iregular shaped cable.

   Diameter mode: Input cable's diameter, and the system will automatically calculate material's cross-section area.

   Length-width mode: Input the length and width of material (such as a copper plaque), and the system can automatically calculate testing model's cross-section area.
   

3. Automatically display tested forward voltage and backward voltage during testing procedure.

4. Direct display the testing results of resisitivity: According to customer's input parameters, directly display the model's resisitivity value after the completion of the test of forward/backward voltage.

5. Automatically save all input parameters, system current output, voltage ranage during model test.Unless a customer modifies and has done testing before, the system keeps this setting unchanged, which significantly simplifies testing procedure.

Technical parameter

Main technical standards:

1. Testing range: 10^-5—10⁵Ω with resolution of 10^-8Ω (If custom-made with an additional option of 20A, the resolution will be 0. 5* 10^-9Ω).

2. Digital voltmeter range and current output option:

    i. Voltmeter range: 2 mV, 20 mV, 200 mV, 2V

    ii. Current output option: 10uA,100uA,1mA,10mA,100mA, 1A, 10A, (20A optional).

3. Testing (voltage display) precision and stability:

    i. Service voltage range 20mV -- 2V and service current output option of 10uA -- 100mA:  ±(0.1% digit +6 characters)

    ii. Service voltage range 2mV and service current output option of 1A or 10A： ±(0.25% digit +8 characters)

    iii. Display: 4½ digits displaying 0 -- 1.9999 and the corresponding unit.

4. Testing fixture:

   DX200F series: compatible for testing models with: Ø1mm～Ø64mm^, and electrode distance: 100~1000mm
