1.  XH1000S_A70_DX is a third-generation resistivity testing instrument that is independently designed and produced by Xi'an HongHu Testing Instrument Co., Ltd., which has the entire intellectrual property of the instrument.

2.  The system is composed by high-precision constant current power supply, high-precision voltmeter, and embbeded smart management system.

3.  The system uses 800*480 resolution high-definition color touch screen to display testing process and parameters. The operation procedure is simple and concise, with testing information clearly showing up in the display.

4.  We provide custom-made service according to customers' specific needs. We accept OEM order from customers as well.

5.  We provide custom-made service to produce testing fixture according to customers' specific needs.

1. The system uses 7-inch 800*480 resolution color touch screen.
   

2. Smart system self-test function: Let a customer to control system accuracy at any time.

3. High precision, high stability testing result: gauranteed accuracy within 0.15%, actual accuracy under most options < 0.08%

4. Testing model ID function: A customer can input the ID of the testing model, or let the system to automatically generate an ID by adding 1 to the previous ID number. This function allows a customer to classify all models and search easily in the future.

5. Model parameters input: A customer can input testing model's diameter and testing powder container's voltage testing distance, which can be saved by the system automatically.

6. Automatically display model's cross-sectional area.

7. Simple and easy operational testing procedure. The touch screen can display clearly testing material's parameters, forward voltage, reverse voltage, resistivity at the same time.

8. Automatically test temperature within chasis; automatically activate cooling system when needed.

9. The built-in clock provides accurate time for the system's recording of testing timestamp.

10. Automatically record testing results of: test model ID, resistivity, testing timestamp.

11. The system can record, search, or delete previous testing records.

12. The system can rely on bundled software to upload testing records to computers, and generate testing data file in Excel format for customers to store, edit, or print.

Main technical standards:

1. Testing range: 10^-5—10⁵Ω with resolution of 10^-8Ω (If custom-made with an additional option of 20A, the resolution will be 0. 5* 10^-9Ω).

2. Digital voltmeter range and current output option:

    i. Voltmeter range: 2 mV, 20 mV, 200 mV, 2V

    ii. Current output option: 10uA,100uA,1mA,10mA,100mA, 1A, 10A, (20A optional).

3. Testing (voltage display) precision and stability:

    i. Service voltage range 20mV -- 2V and service current output option of 10uA -- 100mA:  ±(0.1% digit +6 characters)

    ii. Service voltage range 2mV and service current output option of 1A or 10A： ±(0.25% digit +8 characters)

    iii. Display: 4½ digits displaying 0 -- 1.9999 and the corresponding unit.

   DX200F series: compatible for testing models with: Ø1mm～Ø64mm^, and electrode distance: 100~1000mm
